Delivery Time

• Instant Delivery: eSIM QR codes and installation instructions are sent to your email within minutes of a successful payment.
• In rare cases, delivery may take up to 1 hour due to payment processing or verification delays.

Didn’t Receive Your eSIM?

If you haven’t received your eSIM within an hour:

• Check your Spam/Junk folder

• Make sure you entered the correct email during checkout

Our eSIMs are delivered worldwide. Before purchasing, please ensure your device is eSIM compatible and unlocked. You can check compatibility here.

Important Notes
