We want you to have complete peace of mind when shopping with us. That’s why we offer a hassle-free refund policy for unused eSIMs.
Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The eSIM has not been used, activated, or installed.
- The refund request is made within 14 days of purchase.
- The eSIM QR code or activation details have not been shared or scanned.
Non-Refundable Conditions
We cannot offer refunds if:
- The eSIM has been partially or fully used.
- Activation has already been initiated, even if not fully completed.
- The request is made after 14 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
1. Email us at info@unifuturesglobal.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation
2. Our team will verify the eSIM status.
3. If eligible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Important Note
- We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect fraudulent behaviour or abuse of this policy.
- Refunds are processed only for unused eSIMs due to their digital nature.
