We want you to have complete peace of mind when shopping with us. That’s why we offer a hassle-free refund policy for unused eSIMs.

Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The eSIM has not been used, activated, or installed.
  • The refund request is made within 14 days of purchase.
  • The eSIM QR code or activation details have not been shared or scanned.

Non-Refundable Conditions

We cannot offer refunds if:

  • The eSIM has been partially or fully used.
  • Activation has already been initiated, even if not fully completed.
  • The request is made after 14 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at info@unifuturesglobal.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation

2. Our team will verify the eSIM status.

3. If eligible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Important Note

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect fraudulent behaviour or abuse of this policy.
  • Refunds are processed only for unused eSIMs due to their digital nature.
